Filing a Complaint Under HB 1775
Any individual who believes TSAS has violated 70 O.S. § 24-157 (HB 1775) or OAC 210:10-1-23 may file a complaint by contacting the Compliance Officer / Coordinator, Dr. Daniel Hahn, Principal, at dhahn@tsas.org or 918-828-7727.
A complaint under this section is investigated and resolved under the Track 1 — General Procedure of the Civil Rights and Harassment Grievance Procedure, which provides the filing, notice, investigation, decision, and appeal steps for such complaints (see OAC 210:10-1-23).
